Fee waiver is applicable to agencies operating in the emirate

The Crown Prince of Dubai has issued a resolution waiving fees imposed on airline agents and offices.

The fee waiver applies to agents, offices and branches of airlines operating in Dubai, as per the ruling issued by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The resolution cancels the fees levied on agents of airlines and their branches, as well as offices of airlines operating in the emirate, which were imposed under regulations issued on March 12, 1985 and resolution no. 4) from 1998.

The resolution also supersedes the regulations issued on March 12, 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998 relating to fees levied on airline agents, as well as the provisions of any other resolution which contradicts the provisions of Resolution No. ( 32) of 2022. .

The new resolution comes into force from its date of issue and will be published in the Official Journal.
